Clothing Product Development
Sets of samples are developed according to sketches/samples from the customer. At the beginning of the work, we discuss the conditions of the cloth development, taking into account every aspect of the work. We offer the following services for an assortment to choose from:
Patternmaker services:
- development of patterns in CAD based on a sketch, photo, sample;
- gradation of patterns by size;
- the creation of pattern layouts;
- preparation of patterns for production;
- consumption of materials for 1 unit. and for the whole party;
- preparation of a table with parameters of the finished product (measurement table);
- transfer of finished patterns in electronic form;
- printing patterns on a plotter with a width of up to 180 cm.
Design services:
- development of clothing design;
- selection of fabric and accessories;
- trend-analysis;
- manage inventory using industry-leading research and analysis;

Product development
According to the sketch:

- schemes nodes of hemming (photos, samples);
- report of product measurements (overall sizes of the product and its components - pockets, valves, straps, collars etc.);
- materials for the top, lining, inserts of the product;
- types of accessories used;
- the preferred size range for the product.
Development according to the sketch is carried out on condition of obligatory tailoring and approval of the model or the sample at the customer before production of the main product.
According to the sample:
- sample;
- if necessary, schemes nodes of hemming (photos, samples);
- report of product measurements (overall sizes of the product and its components - pockets, valves, straps, collars etc.);
- materials for the top, lining, inserts of the product;
- types of accessories used.
Sample design is subject to mandatory sewing and approval of the layout or preliminary sample from the customer before the manufacture of the main product.

Development of technical documentation is carried out with the condition of obligatory approval of the sewing the sample at the customer.
