Tailoring of outerwear

In 2005 TK-Style started cooperation with Lener Cordier and manufacturing exclusively coats. All products were exported to Europe. In addition to coats, Lener Cordier made orders for sewing jackets and skirts for the Netherlands. In between, there was a small order for a Polaris coat. Thus, the factory has developed a reputation as the best outerwear manufacturers in Ukraine and abroad.

At the same time, we improved the skills of the staff, directing department heads training, courses, and visits to other factories to share experiences.

In May 2020, TK-Style received the first order to sew trench coats from Marc Jacobs, our first experience with the American market.

At the end of 2020, TK-Style began working with Kate Spade. All products of this brand are very complex and require the highest quality. Representatives of the customer are constantly in production. Control occurs at every stage. TK-Style is the only factory in Ukraine with which the brand has cooperation.

According to the sample:

sample;
if necessary, schemes nodes of hemming (photos, samples);
report of product measurements (overall sizes of the product and its components - pockets, valves, straps, collars etc.);
materials for the top, lining, inserts of the product;
types of accessories used.

Sample design is subject to mandatory sewing and approval of the layout or preliminary sample from the customer before the manufacture of the main product.

According to the sketch:

sketch or technical drawing;
schemes nodes of hemming (photos, samples);
report of product measurements (overall sizes of the product and its components - pockets, valves, straps, collars etc.);
materials for the top, lining, inserts of the product;
types of accessories used;
the preferred size range for the product.

Development according to the sketch is carried out on condition of obligatory tailoring and approval of the model or the sample at the customer before production of the main product.
